Refund policy

• If an order is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, we will issue a refund for the item based on the extent of the defect, excluding shipping fees.

 

• If you wish to return the product, it must be in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for covering the delivery expenses (delivery&return) fees.

 

• These policies also apply to exchange conditions.
